               Adrian Mendonca began learning music at a young age, under the tutelage of the late V. B. Pooniwala at the St. Cecilia’s School of Music, Pune, India. During these formative years, he was exposed to and participated in masterclasses with Paul Stewart (Professor at  Université de Montréal), Dr. Kedarnath Awati and Dr. Fareed Curmally.

              Mendonca enjoys making music with others. He directed the St. Patrick’s Cathedral Choir, in Pune, India (December 2011 – January 2014) and assisted Trevor Martin with The Silver Bells, serving as accompanist (Pune 2007 – 2013). Currently, he is the choral director of Lleisiau Mynydd – a four-part (SATB) community choir from Mynydd Llandegai in North Wales, UK.

             Mendonca  studied music at Bangor University in North Wales and specialises in composition for film and media. In addition, he writes for solo artists, ensembles and a variety of educational and programme music for schools.
